All private boat tours (such as the Pizza Cruise, BBQ Cruise, Booze Cruise etc.) will depart from Oosterdokskade 8 in Amsterdam. This is next to the floating Chinese restaurant Seapalace / 500meter distance from Central Station.

Yes, all our tours include a professional skipper. He or she will be recognized by the bright orange t-shirts.

If it rains on the day of your booking, our skippers can hide under a bridge until the rain is gone. If heavy wind is predicted – some boats will cruise with a canopy, so you can stay dry. If you know it’s going to rain beforehand – you can change your booking up to 48 hours before the departure of your trip.

The skipper will plan a beautiful route for every tour. If you want to cruise to a special place – please inform the skipper of the day.

The single ticket canal cruises run every day, every 15-30 minutes between 10:00h until approx. 21:00h. If you buy a ticket, you need to select a day and time. You can find the selected time on your ticket.

Our standard canal cruises are not including drinks – but we do have a bar on board. You can buy beer, wine, softdrinks, strong liquor or cocktails on board. Payments go by card. We accept MasterCard, Maestro Visa, V Pay, Visa Electron and American Express!
